Here’s a nice little fundraiser (must try to copy for my kid’s school): Campbells Bay School in Aberdeen Road on the 'Shore in Auckland are having a book night at the school on Thursday, 12th August at 7pm.

$10 gets you a glass of wine, presentations and giveaways from Random House (they might have some free copies of Forbidden Love!) and Penguin. There will also be discounted books and a delectable presentation on creative well-being from Kim Morrison and Fleur Whelligan, (pictured) authors of Like an Apple a Day and Like Chocolate For Women. The pair of them are offering the prize of one of their $170 feel-good workshops for a lucky audience member.
