2 Degrees For Everyone, Bob Jones (Hazard Press), stable at number 2;
3 Heart Of Coal, Jenny Pattrick (Black Swan), also not going anywhere at number 3;
4 That Slippery Slope, Kate Langdon (HarperCollins), a newcomer to the charts; and
5 Mansfield, C K Stead (Vintage), another newcomer.

And the bestselling NZ non-fiction for adults:

1 The Penguin History Of New Zealand, Michael King (Penguin Books), stable at number 1;
2 Paddy O'Brien: Whistle While You Work, Bob Howitt (Hodder Moa Beckett), again stable;
3 Furry Logic, Jane Seabrook (Hodder Moa Beckett), and yet again stable at 3;
4 The Lord Of The Rings Location Guide Book 2nd Edition, Ian Brodie (HarperCollins), previously of 8th place;
5 Edmonds Cookery Book Revised Edition, (Hodder Moa Beckett), was at number 4.
