Ihimaera’s Whale Rider is still sitting tight at #3, with Keri Hulme’s The Bone People reappearing at #4 and Fiona Kidman’s Songs From The Violet Cafe slipping down to #5.
In the Non-Fiction charts, John Matheson’s Christian Cullen and Michael King’s Penguin History of New Zealand remain at #1 and #2. Annabel Laingbein’s Cooking to Impress Without Stress has shot up four places to #3, and there are four new entries: New Zealand Women's Weekly’s Best of the Test Kitchen (with Robyn Martin), Dare to Dream: The John Britten Story by Felicity Price, Long Journey to the Border (Vincent O'Sullivan) and More Curious Questions by Max Cryer.
