Witi Ihimaera's Whale Rider has crept up to #3, followed by two re-entries: White Feathers by Deborah Challinor, and The Denniston Rose by Jenny Pattrick.

John Matheson's biography of Christian Cullen, Life On The Run, has swept into the top spot in the Non-Fiction for Adults Charts. Michael King's Penguin History of New Zealand has dropped to #2, although this might be due to supply problems. New entrants include Cooking to Impress Without Stress by Annabel Langbein, Cafe @ Home by Julie Le Clerc, and the latest instalment in the M.I.L.K. series, Good Friends.
