The thriller that is taking America by storm has yet to make an impact in New Zealand, but it can only be a matter of time. The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown has been sitting at the top of Amazon’s sales list for some time, and it’s a regular fixture on All Consuming, the site that scans the web for mentions of books and ranks the results.
According to Publisher’s Weekly, “Brown's latest thriller is an exhaustively researched page-turner about secret religious societies, ancient coverups and savage vengeance. The action kicks off in modern-day Paris with the murder of the Louvre's chief curator, whose body is found laid out in symbolic repose at the foot of the Mona Lisa … Brown has assembled a whopper of a plot that will please both conspiracy buffs and thriller addicts.”
If that whets your appetite, you can order the book from Real Groovy here.
